Three in One Fashion Material July 26 - ShowroomBafee

This week, the focus is on Little White Dresses (or LWDs) and espadrilles – two classic, timeless summer pieces that you can keep in your closet for years to come. Scroll down for three ways to wear this stylish pairing:

Outfit  – A Day at the Office

Outfit – A Day at the Office

Product Info: Dress – Target, Cardigan – Lord & Taylor, Wedges – DSW, Bag – ASOS, Earrings – Modcloth, Rings –Piperlime, Nail Polish – Butter London in “Pink Ribbon”
This ensemble would be perfect for an internship at a casual office. Just start with a white shirtdress (this sleeveless one would be good for warmer days) and a pair of comfy wedge espadrilles in a floral print. A striped cardigan will keep your look modest, and a leather satchel will hold all your essentials on the way to work. Stick to delicate gold jewelry and a light pink nail polish to keep this cute look office-appropriate.

Mason Disick

Let’s be clear — Scott Disick is by far my favorite Kardashian. He’s hilarious, dresses to kill, and quotes Home Alone in everyday life. He’s pretty much the real life version of Patrick Bateman in American Psycho…you know, except the whole serial killer part. Twisted as this may be, I was ecstatic to find out that Scott and Kourtney were pregnant because that meant he’d be upgraded to a main character on Keeping Up With The Kardashians!
To no one’s surprise, Mason Disick is one of the most stinkin’ cute things I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Instead of following in his dad’s very pastel, preppy, Hamptons-esque signature style, Mason’s blazed his own trail and turned to California casual pieces instead to fill out his closet. Mason’s long haircut complements his penchant for man-capris, sandals, tank tops, and fedoras. This laid-back, beachy-hipster style contrasts the rest of his family’s more glamorous looks. His style sort of reminds me of a little version of Zac Efron or the members of One Direction. vanessa hudgens
If wearing clothes is starting to seem like unnecessary cruelty in this heat, then we have a solution for you: Vanessa Hudgens’ Lovers + Friends Sunshine Dress ($169). The lightweight, breezy dress not only looks comfortable, but it’s about the only thing we actually want to put on when walking around in the crazy heat this summer. Plus it’s only $169 –a small price to pay for relief.

(Zara knit dress, well maybe, over silk tank and shorts, Sunday Somewhere Chely sunglasses, vintage choker stolen from my mom, Loren Stewart bracelet, Karen London rings, CĂ©line espadrilles, Barbara Bui bag, unique prom dresses)

I’ve been in Japan for the past week dividing my time quite carefully between the responsible and the irresponsible. So many outfits to share with you as a result of both! This was shot pretty early in the morning in Shibuya thus the lack of people swarms. To stay cool in what was already suffocating wall of steam from every direction heat, I put this handy algae colored net over silk separates that are basically pajamas. Accessorized with espadrilles I picked up on sale at Jeffrey’s in New York and a big old bucket bag by Barbara Bui.

Fashion Inspiration From Rollins College

Although a trip to the Polynesian may not be in your summer plans, you can be inspired by the tropical aesthetic the resort provides. Below, I’ve created two different looks inspired by Disney’s Polynesian Resort in Walt Disney World. Scroll down to see them both!

Spirit of Aloha

Get an island appeal with ease when you step out in this fun outfit. Tuck a yellow shirt into banana leaf print shorts. Slip on a pair of wedges and throw on a fedora for an extra-tropical vibe. Complete the ensemble with a floral statement necklace, a neutral-tone crossbody bag, and a pair of retro shades. Perfect for a day spent next to the shore!

Wren and Leith Clark Design a Kirsten Dunst-Worthy Collection

Wren and Leith Clark Design a Kirsten Dunst-Worthy Collection
Wren and Leith Clark Design
Did you enjoy watching Wren's campaign films Beware of Young Girls (starring Tavi Gevinson) and What’s Up? (directed by Gia Coppola)? Then you're going to love the label's upcoming capsule collection, just announced in WWD this morning and set to launch this fall. Like both fashion films, the line is a collaboration between the brand's designer, Melissa Coker, and Leith Clark, the stylist and editor-in-chief of Lula magazine.

The collection will reportedly include include prom dresses online, coats and separates, each featuring patterns by artists Mercedes Helnwein and Fanny Gentle to "combine Wren’s signature usage of bold prints with Clark’s '60s-inspired style." Even more exciting, Kirsten Dunst, a buddy and client of Leith's, also stars in the lookbook. The WWD release included one teaser image—check it out at left—and oh man, it's a good one. We can't wait to see the rest. (And in the meantime, let's tide ourselves over with some new red lipstick, because doesn't this picture make you reeeeallly want some?)

Watch: Wren's New Fashion Film Stars Joanna Newsom and an Owl

If you like pink-y purple sunsets, folksy tunes and owls, then you'll totally dig Wren's Fall 2013 video campaign. The mini film, starring musician Joanna Newsom as she covers Sandy Denny's "The North Star Grassman and the Ravens," heavily features all three along with some dainty dresses, a tie-waist blouse and pair of printed pants worth adding to next season's shopping list.

Check it out below for a three minutes and twelve seconds of rustic, woodsy wonderfulness. View Video....

Butterfield Country Club Wedding

Butterfield Country Club Wedding from Gina Cristine Weddings

Here’s what I love about this wedding: the bride and groom are seriously adorable (see: their proposal story), the ceremony was held at the stunning St. Gabriels in Chicago (they were the fourth generation married there!) and there’s not one.single.moment that isn’t overflowing with sweet, sweet details.  That, my friends, is a pretty amazing combo.  And when you add in an Allure gown that will kind of take your breath away (it sooo will), beautiful blooms from Kloeckner Preferred Flowers and one of the prettiest galleries you will ever see from Gina Cristine Weddings?  Just call me HAPPY.  See it all in the full gallery.

From the Bride… Mark knew for a while he was going to propose on the day we closed on our first home, we would walk into our house and there would be roses, champagne, the whole thing. Unfortunately, our closing was postponed last-minute and his whole plan was ruined. Since everything we owned was packed, we decided to spend the weekend in Michigan. After a nice dinner in New Buffalo, Mark suggested we walk along the beach since the sun was setting. Before I knew it, he was down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I had never felt so lucky, and was over the moon on the thought of spending forever with Mark!
We got married at Saint Gabriel Church in Chicago. This was an easy decision for us, as we were the fourth generation in Mark’s family to get married there, following his parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents. We were thrilled to get married in a beautiful church, with a lot of meaning and memories.
We knew from the beginning we wanted a country club wedding reception. We enjoy golfing together, and one of Mark’s most favorite ways to spend his time is on a golf course, so it was fitting for us. Once we visited Butterfield Country Club as a possible venue location for our wedding, we knew immediately that was where we wanted to celebrate our wedding! Everything about it was everything we were looking for, and more!
I wanted a bright color since our wedding was in May, and quickly fell in love with Bill Levkoff’s persimmon bridesmaid dresses. Since the ballroom at Butterfield is mostly gold, I decided on gold as an accent color, along with aqua for a fun pop of color. We wanted a fun, yet elegant feel to our wedding, and with help of our amazing vendors, we got just that! In the end, we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. The entire day was more than we could have ever dreamed our wedding to be.
